Yoga/Pilates fusion! This class is a Yoga/Pilates fusion class! The best of both this class is 1.5hrs long designed to tighten, tone, stretch and lengthen the body!

Please bring a mat to work on all other props will be provided!

Pilates is an innovative safe form of exercise that connects the mind to the body focusing on a series of Principles that Joseph Pilates created. A few of those principles are Control, Flow, Concentration, and Breathing. Pilates will not only change the way your body looks by sculpting long, lean muscles but it will help you move through your day to day activates with a flow and ease. It does this by strengthen every muscle in the body with focus to the core, which is your "power house" where every movement comes from. It helps to create better postural alignment, increases flexibility, and can even help to rehab injuries! Not only do we offer Mat classes but also private/semi-private equipment classes which will take your Pilates practice to an entirely new level!

1/2 hour - $30 $15 - per student

Mat work is a series of exercises done on the floor using mostly only bodyweight sometimes props will be used such as resistance bands, light weights, Pilates circle, or stability balls. You will develop long, lean, beautifully toned muscles with a strong supportive core. You will not only look better but you will feel better and move better throughout your day to day life. Pilates is low impact so it is safe to do for virtually everyone and great for cross training for any sport because of its focus on the core, proper body alignment, and flexibility.
Pilates Apparatus' (Equipment)
The use of these specially designed equipment will take your Pilates practice to a new level! We have a full service studio with a Reformer Trapeze table combo, Chair, Ladder Barrel and arch. These pieces of equipment allow us to train every muscle in many different ways to ensure you get the results you desire! This type of training is great for anyone of any age at any fitness level!

We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen. In order to be effective and fair to all of our students, please read and honor our policies:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half of the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your instructor will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your instructors and other students, please plan accordingly and be on time.
