Melissa Traino owner of Mindbody Connection Massage & Fitness is a fully insured New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Cupping Practitioner (CMCP) and Certified Pilates Instructor. Melissa graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2009. With the integration of Massage Therapy and Pilates Melissa can provide her clients with the tools they need to have a well rounded healthy lifestyle with a positive connection of mind and body. With Massage Therapy she can help treat various aliments/conditions and with Pilates she can help you to strengthen your body and work to proper body poster and alignment. Melissa is a well rounded Therapist having continuing education in Deep Tissue Massage Techniques, Orthopedic Massage Techniques for Cervical Pain/Treatments, Effective Treatments for Sciatica, Myofascial Release: Clinical Applications, Dynamic Stretching, Hot Stone and Hot Bamboo Therapy, Orthopedic Massage: Upper & Lower Body Treatments & Assessments. As well as her Reiki level 1 attunement. She is certified through Balanced Body in Pilates Mat since 2013 and is trained in Reformer Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels.
Danielle LeFever is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Cupping Practitioner (CMCP). She is insured with and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Danielle is a 2016 graduate from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage with over 1,000 hours of training. Danielle's main goal is to provide her clients with relaxation of both mind and body. Her approach to each client is individualized by their personal needs whether it's simply to relax or relieve pain. Danielle is looking forward to broadening her practice and spreading more awareness within her community about the incredible significance Massage Therapy has in the Integrative Health field.
Kelly Larmer is a 200 hour Certified Yoga instructor registered through Yoga Alliance. She is trained in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. Kelly became a Yoga Instructor to get peace and self strength to overcome life's challenges. She wishes to help others do the same or simply help relax and stretch the body. With the endless benefits you can take away from your Yoga practice, show up on your mat and watch it all unfold!
