Rachel Rhynders found Yoga about eight years ago, primarily as an alternative form of exercise. She quickly began to notice the positive affects it had on her overall health and well being and there she fell in love. She wanted to learn more and share this love and passion with others so she decided to attend a Yoga teacher training. She attended her training in October 2015 in Costa Rica on a 400 acre self-sustainable farm in a magical rainforest. This experience changed her life and left her eager to spread this practice and way of life with others. Since then she has been traveling a lot, learning from teachers of diverse yoga lineages and teaching classes of her own. She teaches a playful and explorative class that encourages introspection of one's self.
